This fanlisting is about the movie Save the last dance, starring Julia Stiles and Sean Patrick Thomas. The movie is about Sara Johnson, who wants to become a professional ballerina, but her dream ends when her mum dies in an accident and she has to move to her father's small apartment in Chicago. She's one of the few whites in her new school and, knowing very little about hip hop, feels lost in this new world. But things change when she gets to know Derek, who encourages her to start dancing again.
